Warehouse Collection
You can place an order to collect from our warehouse in Birstall at the address below. The collection will need to be arranged with us in advance.
To avoid a wasted journey please do not arrive at the warehouse without prior agreement as it will be closed during van loading and when we receive large shipments for your own safety.
If your item is in stock we will contact you via e-mail and ask you to contact us to arrange the collection. If we have not had any correspondence from you after one week from the date of order and no payment has been received we will automatically cancel the order for you. If your item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as it arrives into our warehouse and will then hold it for you for two weeks.
For pre arranged collection times we will have the item/s ready for you and they will be boxed and ready to be loaded into your vehicle. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs once the goods have left the warehouse and customers are required to sign a collection form to accept responsibility for the goods once they have been inspected.
Please note that any collection orders with a value over £500 can only be paid for in cash at the time of collection or by bank transfer that has cleared before collection. Paid orders above £500 will be refunded automatically and transferred to cash on collection.
We must see photo id at the time of collection in the name of the person who placed the order or see the payment card used to pay for the order for all orders up to £500.
If you wish to return the order following collection the item must be returned to us in the original unused condition in the packaging within 14 days as per our returns policy here
